Troubleshooting Media

No sound from the media PC

PC audio from MEDIA1 reaches the sound board over Dante — see M32 Routing.

1. Check Dante Virtual Soundcard on MEDIA1 and make sure it is ready.
2. On the sound board, make sure the PC audio channel is unmuted and up.
