Amps & Processing
The signal backbone between the soundboard and the speakers. The board sends a mono mains feed to the amp closet, where it hits the Bose processor and then the amp stack.
Bose signal processor
Does the crossover for the mains and sub. Runs on preset "Mono 502A+502B".
Amp stack
Three amps, top to bottom:
| Amp | Channel 1 | Channel 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Mackie M800 (top) | Choir monitors (unused) | Drums monitor (unused) |
| Yamaha P2500S | Sub | Unused |
| Crown X2000 | Mains | Piano monitor |
Speakers
Bose speakers hung in the ceiling: 2 mains and 1 sub.
Stage inputs
- Wall outlets (older) — analog multi-channel snake up to the sound booth, into the board's local inputs. The snake also carries the amp outputs back down.
- Floor pockets (newer) — route under the stage to the stage rack and the S32 stagebox, then over AES to the board's AES A. Mainly used by the instruments in the middle of the stage (keys, drums, background vocals).
